5:15am-6:15am Women Only Sessions

We train everyday (Monday-Friday) throughout 2018 with occasional days off.

Scheduled Days Off:
– Thursday March 8
– Wednesday March 14 thru Friday March 16
– Tuesday March 20 thru Friday March 23
– Tuesday June 5 thru Thursday June 7
